Cast your line on 27 real-world waterways. The most realistic free fishing simulator on the planet awaits.

Every waterway modelled on a real location. Every fish species behaving according to its actual biology. The weather, the time of day, the season, the water temperature, the current and the bottom type all affect where fish sit and what they bite. Fishing Planet was built by people who fish — and it shows.

Fishing Planet is a free-to-play first-person multiplayer fishing simulator with a level of depth and realism that sets it apart from every other fishing game on the market. Twenty-seven scenic waterways span locations across the United States, Europe, Asia and beyond — each modelled on real bodies of water with their own topography, vegetation and climate. Over two hundred species of fish populate these waters, each with AI-driven behaviour patterns that change with season, time, weather and conditions. Players choose from a vast selection of rods, reels, lures and lines, and can fish solo, compete in tournaments or share an ocean yacht with up to five friends. Tournaments and competitions feature leaderboards and seasonal events. VR support is available. A premium standalone version, The Fisherman: Fishing Planet, offers an ad-free experience with starter gear included. Actively updated since 2015.

Key Features: • 27 real-world waterways, 200+ fish species with condition-dependent AI behaviour • First-person realistic casting, reeling and tackle selection • Solo, co-op and competitive tournament modes - ocean yacht fishing for 2–5 players
