One student. Five killers. A pendant that brings you back from death, but ages you every time it does.

Yang and four members of the Dawn Group murdered the student's father and left the student for dead. A pendant brought them back. It will keep bringing them back for as long as they keep dying — but each resurrection adds years to their age. They can be twenty-five or seventy. They will keep going.

Sifu is a third-person beat-em-up brawler built around the techniques of Bak Mei kung fu, developed in close consultation with Benjamin Colussi, founder of the Pak Mei school in Paris. Over 150 unique attacks are available in a fluid combat system that rewards parrying, structural management and environmental improvisation — enemies and the player share a structural gauge that, when broken, opens them to finishing moves. Each of the game's five levels is a distinct environment with its own enemy roster, boss and visual identity: a drug-trafficker slum, an underground fight club, a museum, a corporate skyscraper and Yang's inner sanctuary. Dying costs years and repeated death accelerates ageing, slowing movement and reducing combo potential. The student begins the game at twenty-three and can reach seventy by the end. Mastery comes from learning each level well enough to survive it young. A free Arenas expansion added wave survival and performance modes with forty-five challenges across nine locations. Patch 1.24 is the final content update.
