The dungeons look like they were rendered in 1998. The enemies fill the screen. The abilities fire in all directions. The Lords of Torment wait at the end of each hall. Halls of Torment is a bullet heaven that wears Diablo's clothes and plays like Vampire Survivors.

Halls of Torment is a horde survival bullet heaven in which the player selects a hero and survives escalating waves of enemies in pre-rendered fantasy dungeons styled after late-1990s RPG aesthetics. The visual design faithfully recreates the isometric pre-rendered look of Diablo and its contemporaries, with detailed sprite animations across both heroes and enemy types. Each level-up offers ability choices that stack and interact to form builds — projectile abilities, area effects and passive modifiers combine into increasingly powerful configurations as the run progresses. Lords of Torment are distinct boss encounters that arrive at fixed intervals and require pattern reading rather than raw power to survive at higher difficulties. Meta-progression across runs unlocks additional heroes and ability options. The mobile version is a full port of the PC release developed by Erabit Studios, the team behind Brotato Mobile, and is available as a premium one-time purchase with no advertisements or in-app purchases.
