Island Beekeeper is a cozy life simulation set across a chain of floating sky islands, each with its own biome, flora and exotic bee species. The player tends hives, manages bee populations and breeds new varieties to produce different types of miraculous honey, which is then used in crafting and cooking — elixirs, dishes and other preparations that carry the narrative goal of saving a dying world. Exploration drives discovery of new biomes and species. The game is built around a meditative rhythm of daily cycles, mini-games and gradual progression, positioning itself as a relaxing farming and crafting experience with a gentle overarching story. The sky island setting provides a distinctive visual backdrop — the ruined Earth below visible in the distance while the player cultivates life in the sky above it.
