Draw roads to connect homes to their destinations before the city grinds to a halt under its own traffic.

A city is growing. Houses are appearing faster than roads can connect them to shops, offices and other destinations. Traffic builds at every junction. The city ends when any destination is overwhelmed. The question is always the same: where does the next road go?

Mini Motorways is a minimalist strategy game about designing a road network for a growing city. The player draws roads between colour-coded houses and matching destinations on a stylised city map, managing a limited weekly budget of road segments, motorways, bridges and traffic control upgrades. New houses and destinations appear continuously, and the network must expand to accommodate them before any destination's queue overflows. Motorways speed up long-distance routes, roundabouts handle high-traffic junctions and traffic lights manage complex intersections. Geography shapes every strategy: mountains, rivers and coastlines force the player to route around obstacles in ways that create bottlenecks elsewhere. Twenty-plus real-world cities each provide a distinct geographic challenge. Three modes cover Normal, Endless and Extreme difficulty. A daily challenge and weekly leaderboard provide structured competitive play. The entire game is presented as a moving city map with no text during play, consistent with Mini Metro's aesthetic philosophy.
