My Town: Home

A family home with six rooms: a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, a children's room and a garden. Every object in every room can be tapped, moved, used or worn. There are no goals. There are no scores. The story is whatever the child decides it is.

My Town: Home is a digital dollhouse game designed for children aged four to twelve. The player selects a character from the family — mum, dad or one of the children — and explores a fully interactive family home, engaging with every object in six distinct rooms. Activities include cooking in the kitchen, watering plants in the garden, dressing characters from a wardrobe, bathing in the bathroom, watching television in the living room and playing in the children's room. Every interaction is animated and responsive. The game is entirely open-ended: there are no objectives, no failure states and no competitive elements, making it a sandbox for imaginative storytelling rather than a structured challenge. My Town Games, the developer, has produced over thirty titles in the same format across different settings — hospitals, schools, hotels and more — with My Town: Home being the flagship entry. An expanded Apple Arcade version was released in May 2023.
