PvPvE horror tactical FPS. Enter the Ember Zone as an Agent — or become the monster within.

Project Spectrum is a free-to-play asymmetric PvPvE tactical FPS from Team Jade — the studio behind Delta Force and Call of Duty: Mobile — developed in secret for two years before its Gamescom 2025 reveal. The setting is a world fractured by the Ember, a mysterious reality-warping force that corrupts environments and transforms humans into monstrous creatures.

Squads of Agents enter Ember Zones armed with military-grade weapons, improvised tools and special cameras to track the Ember's signature. While navigating crumbling reality, they face both opposing Agents and an AI-driven creature called the Executioner — or may transform into one themselves. A Sanity mechanic warps perception as the environment destabilises. The game draws comparisons to Hunt: Showdown, Dead by Daylight and Escape from Tarkov, but sets itself apart with the Ember transformation system and psychological horror layering. Game director Basil Wang: the goal is a game where players might become the main threat.

Key Features: • Asymmetric PvPvE — squads of Agents vs the AI Executioner, or become it yourself • Sanity mechanic — reality warps, illusions manifest, perception deteriorates • Special Ember-tracking camera, improvised crafting, squad tactical roles • Free-to-play · session-based Ember Zone missions · 2+ years secret development
