Where Winds Meet is a free-to-play open-world action-adventure RPG set during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period of Chinese history. The world spans more than twenty distinct regions — capital cities, desert wastelands, underground caves, ghost markets and mountain fortresses — populated by over ten thousand unique NPCs each with their own responses to the player's decisions and reputation. Combat draws from wuxia martial arts traditions: over forty Martial Mystic Arts are available for mastery, ranging from Tai Chi and Toad Style to Lion's Roar, Cloud Step and Chi Grip, each learnable through in-world discovery rather than menus. The player's path through the world — hero, assassin, scholar, healer — shapes faction relationships and storyline outcomes. The game supports solo play, cooperative multiplayer and persistent online world engagement with massively multiplayer elements across all three simultaneously. It is the first major global release from Everstone Studio and was announced as the world's first original wuxia open-world ARPG.
