Dungeon Hunter 6 is a hack-and-slash action RPG set in the fantasy world of Valenthia, continuing the Dungeon Hunter series established by Gameloft. The game was developed by GOAT Games under an exclusive licensing deal, making it the first entry in the series not directly developed by Gameloft. Players choose from six Bounty Hunter classes — Warrior, Assassin, Archer, Mage, Boon Sister and an additional class — and progress through dungeon environments across the Forbidden Towers storyline. Combat is real-time and ability-driven, with equipment loot as the core progression driver. PvP modes and PvE raid encounters provide endgame content alongside the main campaign. The game attracted criticism at launch for its aggressive monetisation, auto-play mechanics and volume of pop-up systems, representing a significant departure from the tone of earlier entries in the series.
