Aliya. Six. An ancient language. A missing roboticist. The Nebula hides everything.

Heaven's Vault is an archaeological science fiction adventure from inkle — the Cambridge studio behind 80 Days and the Sorcery! series — and one of the most linguistically ambitious games ever designed. You play as Aliya Elasra, a resourceful archaeologist working in the Nebula, a strange network of moons connected by rivers that flow through space, accompanied by her robotic companion Six. When a roboticist named Janniqi Renba goes missing, the trail leads deep into the ruins of a lost ancient civilisation — and to the decipherment of "Ancient", a hieroglyphic language invented entirely for the game.

Key Features: • Decipher "Ancient" — a fully invented hieroglyphic language with 1000+ words across the Nebula • Translations shape the story — no right/wrong answers; mistranslations guide narrative differently • Nonlinear adaptive narrative — ink engine remembers every choice, discovery and conversation • The Nebula open world — sail rivers of space to discover lost moons, ruins and civilisations
