Remnant: From the Ashes is a third-person survival action shooter from Gunfire Games — a Souls-inspired co-op game that combines the challenging boss-focused design of the Dark Souls series with third-person gunplay, procedurally generated worlds and a dark post-apocalyptic sci-fantasy setting. An ancient interdimensional evil called the Root has overrun Earth, and you play as one of the last human survivors, setting out from Ward 13 — an underground bunker of the remaining resistance — to travel through dimensional portals to alien worlds in search of a way to end the Root's invasion.
